Grading is another one of our company's specialties. We can work magic on your site.

Our team uses tools anywhere from power attachments on skid steers to just old fashion rakes and shovels to make sure we give you the best possible fine grade. We remove debris, and make the site smooth and clean before sodding or seeding.

One thing you have to understand is that fine grading only manipulates the top 1" to 2" of soil We remove a lot of debris on typical sites, but anything under 1.5" in diameter may be left behind. We also take no responsibility for drainage or settling. Proper drainage should be set before our fine grading takes place. If drainage is to be altered by our team, it must be agreed upon in writing.
