Our specialty! It is in our roots, stemming from our family farm. Your yard will be professionally installed by our teams. Sodding your project will give you a finished lawn almost instantly.

We specialize in big roll sod. Big rolls create a beautiful finished product. Big rolls have less seams than standard sod installation due to their length at 125 feet long.  This is beneficial because it looks cleaner, but mainly it has less seams to grow together and also keeps moisture from escaping.

Our teams can also lay small rolls when necessary.  We can also remove existing lawns and reinstall new sod.

Our Sod

The family sod farm uses a five-way blend of Kentucky Bluegrass from Landmark Turf and Native Seeds. They are a former division of Scotts Turf Products, who everyone knows.

Our sod is drill seeded and meticulously maintained for at least one year before it is offered for sale. Now you can understand and appreciate its quality and looks.  Lastly, our sod is grown on a mineral base soil (top soil). These are the soils you will find on your site and our sod will match up nicely. Call around and you may find peat sod cheaper…there is a reason for that...that is because of its quality.  The farm sells to many golf courses and they only want mineral base sod. The other downfall to peat is that it will quickly shrink and leave unsightly gaps that will take a lot of time to fill in. We have also noticed that peat sod can take longer to root down.
