We are fully capable of getting you well on your way to having a beautiful lawn with seed.  We can do any type of seed work, it is in our genes.  We can tailor an application that will fit your needs.  From broadcast seeding, drill seeding, to hydro seeding.

We can also straw the seeding if hydro seeding is not used. 

You can get a great lawn from seed, but it is going to require your effort.  Fertilizer and weed management are going to be essential.  Remember, all of our sod on the farm started as seed, it can be done, it just takes care.

Our Seed

Unlike sod which you have to use the seed mixture that the farm has chosen. If you seed your lawn, you get to choose a blend of your choice. More than likely you will choose a blend of perennial rye, fescue, and bluegrass. This blend performs well in this part of Michigan, and the type of grass in the blend that is most fitting for your location will prosper.
